I saw Matt de la Pena at NerdCon, and I really enjoyed listening to his talk. I'll be reading my first of his YA books for book club in February. I am so excited he won the Newberry. I'm reserving this book from the library right now to read with my son. I think I'll check out Finding Winnie too since I named my son after Christopher Robin. I love Winnie-the-Pooh! :)

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
