What I Read Last Week
The Green Glass Sea by Ellen Klages (Middle grade novel about life at Los Alamos during World War II. Really interesting and well-done.)
Faith of My Fathers by Lynn Austin (Biblical fiction at its best.)
This weekly chance to add to your reading list is hosted by Sheila at Book Journey. Things are finally starting to calm down from the beginning of the school year and various weekend activities. I actually read almost an entire book on Saturday! And I took a two-hour nap. That is the sort of weekend I need. Must be the introvert in me. :) My Recent PostsTop Ten Thursday - My Fall TBR (Yeah, it was supposed to be Top Ten Tuesday, but I kind of missed it. . .) The Green Glass Sea certainly was an unusual topic for a middle grade novel. It was really well-handled, though!

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
