This weekly chance to add to your reading list is hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. I hope everyone had a merry Christmas, complete with family time and lots of reading time! What bookish gifts did you receive? Return to Me by Lynn Austin (It took me awhile to get into this one, but I ended up really enjoying it!) Leave Me Alone, I'm Reading: Finding and Losing Myself in Books by Maureen Corrigan (As an introvert, I both love and dread all the socializing during the holidays. This book title really spoke to me. . .) The Grand Tour by Patricia C. Wrede & Caroline Stevermer (Looks like this will be my last book of 2015. A magical Victorian England is a great place to spend the end of the year!)

I loved Return to Me and the sequel! My last book was HP and the Chamber of Secrets. You are a much quicker reader than I am. I am working on Wuthering Heights right now... Hope you have a very Happy New Year!

Lynn Austin's Biblical fiction is awesome. I'm really excited about reading the next books in that series!

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
