What I Read Last Week
What I'm Reading Now
The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo (It's always at the climax of the book that reading something through the Serial Reader app drives me crazy. I'm at that point now!)
This weekly chance to add to your reading list is hosted by Kathryn at Book Date. I love this beautiful summer weather! We spent almost all of Saturday afternoon outside, playing and watching my husband and father-in-law build a new fence. My little guy even got to "drive" the tractor, which he absolutely loved! What I Read Last WeekThe Big Over Easy by Jasper Fforde (It had been a while since I last read this one. It got better and better as it went!) What I'm Reading NowThe White Princess by Philippa Gregory (It's an interesting read, but it's about 150 pages longer than it needs to be.) The Hunchback of Notre Dame by Victor Hugo (It's always at the climax of the book that reading something through the Serial Reader app drives me crazy. I'm at that point now!) What's Coming Up NextThe Invisible Library by Genevieve Cogman (I finally allowed myself to check this one out of the library. I love the cover!)

I hope you enjoy The Invisible Library - one of those books that I've had my eye on for a really long time; I bet you're glad to finally delve in!

I've been resisting the temptation every time I visit the library, because I'm trying to read more of my own books. But I finally had to give in, and I'm glad I did! :)

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
