Saturday Snapshot - Fall Colors What I Read Last WeekA Short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson (Bryson was amazing as always, but there was way too much evolutionary gobbledygook for this young earth creationist.) Major Pettigrew's Last Stand by Helen Simonson (I absolutely loved this book!) What I'm Reading NowJesus by Walter Wangerin (I've recently discovered a love for Biblical fiction. A novel about Jesus makes me a little nervous, though. It'll be an interesting read, for sure.) My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
