I know most people posted their pictures of spring flowers weeks (or months) ago. But here in Michigan, spring takes a bit longer to show up. :) Here are my springy pictures from my own garden over the past couple of weeks. I have no idea what this plant is called, but apparently it holds raindrops quite nicely! Saturday Snapshot is hosted by West Metro Mommy.

Beautiful photos. We share some of the same plants! I believe the light green plant is a variety of sedum. It blooms in late summer around here.

Lovely lovely flowers! The succulent you show is called "hen and chickens" or "hen and biddies". The main plant is the "hen" and the offshoots are the chickens! :)

Lovely photos! I just love spring blooms. Our daffodils and all the blooms in flowering trees are long gone, but our irises just bloomed this week and are gorgeous.

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
