I love it when I feel the way you are feeling about The Help, when you just don't want a book to end.

The Help was so hard to put down that I was slightly late to work this morning. I just had to finish it!

Your book club should rent the movie also, excellent book adaptation.

We probably will end up watching the movie at some point. I'm glad to hear it's a good adaptation, because I love the book!

So you're enjoying The Help... Will you be sharing your thoughts once you've completed? I've seen the film on Netflix and been tempted to watch a couple of times but have been in two minds as I don't know which format I wish to see the story in, or even both?!

I definitely enjoyed The Help. I would say do both. I've only seen bits and pieces of the movie (on an airplane). I plan on watching it for real now that I've read the book. I would imagine, though, that the book does a better job of stretching out the intensity of "what's going to happen next?". Either way, you've got to become familiar with this story. (Just like The Book Thief. Have you read it yet? ;)
