It's Bout of Books week! Let the reading commence! (After my three-hour teacher meeting, lunch with my fellow teachers, and several hours of working in my classroom. . .) The craziness of August has begun. But I'll still get some reading time in!

A Constant Heart sounds interesting! I like historical novels and have always enjoyed Elizabethan England.

A Constant Heart is very good so far. It's interesting to have the characters actually be part of Elizabeth's court. A different insight.

I don't know how you get so much reading done with the busy schedule of a teacher! :) I am enjoying my Lori Wick novel. I look forward to getting into bed early every night and just hate to turn the light off!
Thanks for sharing your list!

I fit it in whenever I can! I'm glad you're enjoying Lori Wick. You'd probably enjoy Siri Mitchell's books then, too.

Go Julie! I totally admire you in doing Bout of Books! You rock and I hope you meet all your goals! I love Siri Mitchell's books, but I haven't read this one yet (even though it's on my Kindle)! Excited to see if you like it or not! Hope you enjoy it! :)

Here's a link to my reading week if your interested:

I'm not doing very well on my Bout of Books goals so far, but it's still early in the week! I just recently discovered Siri Mitchell's books, but I've enjoyed everyone so far. I hope you like A Constant Heart when you have a chance to read it.

I've been interested in Wonder for sometime now but have never actually picked it up. Are you reviewing? I'd love to know your full thoughts on the book.

I am planning to write a review of Wonder. It was actually our book club selection for the month, and we're meeting tomorrow. I'll probably write up my review this week and post it sometime next week. Stay tuned! :)

These look good! The Painted Girls has been on my list for a while, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

The Painted Girls was different than I expected, but I enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy it when you get a chance to read it!

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
