My husband and I recently had the chance to go to Chicago for the weekend. We crammed a lot into two days. And what better touristy thing to do than to go to the top of the Sears (Willis) Tower? I am terrified of heights, so this was not my favorite activity of our trip. But the views were spectacular. I even gathered enough courage to go out onto the glass boxes that let you look straight down. Yikes! Saturday Snapshot is hosted by West Metro Mommy.

You did great getting out on the glass box! The sky in that last shot is beautiful.

It was so scary, but I'm glad I did it! We were up there at sunset, and the sky was gorgeous.

The glass floors have only been installed in the past few years. They were very popular - everyone was lined up to get a picture standing on them. It's a pretty cool experience!

I live in a very small town, so cityscapes are exciting to me, too. I know what you mean! :)
