- The Secret of the Swamp King by Jonathan Rogers (The second book in the Wilderking trilogy.)
- The Jane Austen Project by Kathleen A. Flynn (Very excited to find this one on the new shelf!)
- All's Faire in Middle School by Victoria Jamieson (Renaissance Faire? Yes, please!)
- Page by Paige by Laura Lee Gulledge (This one looked pretty.)
Within the last week, I've visited two libraries. At the first library, I got two books, ended up returning one the next day because it turned out not to be the one I wanted, and then got another to replace it. At the second library, I was only planning on stocking up on picture books for my son and not getting anything for myself. That didn't work so well. I came home with two graphic novels, which is a genre I've really only dipped my toe into so far. What have you checked out from the library recently?

All’s Faire is excellent! I think it’s a good intro to graphic novels — especially since you like middle grade in general I think :)

I've read a couple of Raina Telgemeier's graphic novels, but that's about it. I'm really looking forward to All's Faire!

"Interesting" could mean so many things. :) It will be an unusual read, I'm sure. Enjoy your book!

Some lovely library finds... I haven't picked a book from the library for myself in a little while, but I see the winter months being full of library borrows. Happy reading!

I've heard lots of good things about All's Faire! I just picked up The Child Finder by Rene Denfeld. I don't have much time for library browsing right now, but that's one I've had on hold for ages.

My name is Julie, and I own a lot of books. As in, they are stacked on the floor because I've run out of room on the shelves. And those shelves? There are so many books on them that they smile -- not sag; smile. This blog will cover book reviews and all manner of other bookish things.
